Why Bernie Moreno's gay past is fair game in Ohio Senate race

When I was thinking of writing on the subject of the primary results last night in the race for Ohio’s U.S. Senate seat this November, the title of this article came to me immediately. Not just because it’s a play on words of a film my father executive produced back in 1989, “Sex, Lies & Videotape”, but because I thought it perfectly encapsulates one of the troubling ongoing trends we see in the Republican Party today.
